Not much has been going on in the Knitting Department since I finished the pink top.
Some would faint in shock, but for me this a rather normal behavior. I go for months at a time without touching the needles then I'm recharged and rejuvinated.
My knitting time has now been filled with reading on my Kindle.
No Mark Upon Her was released as a freebie and I snapped it and thus I discovered a new Author that appeals to me. This is the 15th in the series.
Her name is Deborah Chrombie, an American who writes mysteries set in Britan and they have provided a pleasant diversion. I find the tales interesting without being gruesome or disturbing.
Normally I avoid paying for Kindle books but I was feeling a little froggy and purchased a few more for my ever growing collection.
She has written many books in the Duncan Kincade series and I was at a loss for determining which book came first. Order of Books sorted that out for me in no time at all.
Yesterday, I finshed All Shall Be Well, the second book in her series. I found it to be sad in the end and I wish I could have met Jasmine. She was ghost who never truly lived her life. It serves as a reminder not to squander the time God has given you.
I find myself at the beginning stages of reinventing my own life now that the demands of Motherhood are no longer the same since Airborne left for the wild blue yonder.
Beloved works full time and I part time which leaves room in my life that can be put to good use, if I can determine what that is.
All I know is that I want to fill my time with something that has meaning and value.
