T-Tapp is an excercise program that I found sometime last year. It does not involve running, jumping, or Tap dancing but it is a routine that works every muscle you own.
Just recently I've been doing the Basic Work Out Plus consistantly six days a week and I must say that my sense of well being has improved tremendously. I'm also loosing inches and my muscles are starting to respond and become more toned.
My left foot has exhibted symptoms of Fallen Arches and by doing the Basic Work Out + the muscles in my foot have become stronger and the pain is diminishing little by little. A happy little byproduct of the work out. How cool is that?!
T-Tapp also has exercises for the hand which is especially helpful to me as I am a Hand Knitter.
